The “Switch” by Simple Spoon is a Food Hall concept located on the 7725 CONNECT campus. The food hall is made up of 5 unique “Stands.” the “Stands” offer a variety of menu options ranging from a full-service cafe named “Wired” serving Star Bucks coffee to an open, made-to-order grill & kitchen concept referred to as “Kitchen No. 5.”

Wired

Designed to satisfy your coffeehouse cravings. The menu offers specialty coffee, espresso, tea, blended beverages, and café fare. A dramatic stand, showcasing culinary action and new menu items every day. Serving grilled items, sandwiches, wraps, seasonal entrées, and sides.

POTS + Pans

Go on a culinary adventure every week with a new globally inspired weekly menu. Choose a signature recipe or custom build your own!

Crossbar

A superior self-serve hot and cold bar with fresh, seasonal produce, lots of toppings and dressing options, delicious hot foods, and daily soups. Check out our fresh, seasonal, daily offerings.
